Generally, receiving a massage brings you into a parasympathetic state. During this state your body and mind get to rest. Think of it as a reset. You are then able to tackle tasks and obstacles more effectively. The longer you wait in between massage sessions gives more stress time to accumulate.
  3. Increase Your Energy. Massage has such a powerful influence on our energy. It increases blood circulation providing the body with more oxygen needed for energy production. Massage also supports the health of your lymphatic system which removes toxins from the body. By receiving massage regularly you may feel more energized both physically and mentally.
